Juveniles report robbery on campus

Three juveniles had their bicycles stolen around 1 p.m in Parking lot E of the Cosumnes River College campus on Monday, according to a Los Rios Alert released on Wednesday.

In the alert, the victims said they were approached by three suspects who said they were looking for AirPod headphones.

The three suspects then used physical force on the victims to take their bicycles, according to the alert.

The suspects reportedly headed northbound after fleeing with the victim’s bicycles, exiting the Center Parkway entrance of campus. The victims were taken home by their guardians.

All three suspects were reported to be black males in their mid-teens wearing black jeans.

According to the alert, suspect number one had light skin, blue eyes, a black hoodie, wearing red and white shoes; the second suspect had a black puffy jacket, a red hoodie and black shoes; and the third suspect had dreadlocks, a black hoodie wearing black and white shoes.

The alert asks anyone with information of the incident or identity of the suspects to contact the Los Rios Police Department at (916)-558-2221, press zero and reference LRPD CASE #23-0172
