Nadia Balderas, Staff Writer
Nadia Balderas is a 19-year-old journalism major and a Staff Writer for The Connection. She joined The Connection to get familiar with the newsroom environment and get more experience writing and interviewing. She also wanted to learn from her peers around her. Nadia's goals after being apart of the staff are to be able to know what her writing style is for journalism and getting to used to stepping out of her comfort zone for stories. Outside of The Connection, she's passionate about creating art which includes painting and photography. Nadia also enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures.
