Havana Loren Medina, Editor
Havana Loren Medina is a 20-year-old communications studies major the spring semester News Editor for The Connection. She joined The Connection because she had past experience from the school yearbook in high school and wanted to develop her journalism skills while combining her love for media and community-building.
After The Connection she plans to transfer to a four-year institution and pursue a career in public relations, marketing, or journalism. Outside of The Connection she is passionate about all things creative, like photography, graphic design and video editing. She also loves to treat every day like an adventure, whether it’s something as small as cafe hopping or road tripping along the coast.
