The culinary arts management program partners with the Central Kitchen, an organization with a mission to serve every student a delicious and nutritional meal, according to the Central Kitchens website. Culinary Arts Management Professor Michael Frigm said the programs kitchen lab will undergo a multi-million dollar renovation and is estimated to be complete by November 2024.
